House rules

  • Before arrival, the registration form must be completed via the online check-in and an identification document must be uploaded as an image.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment or anywhere in the building. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.
  • Please comply with local laws and regulations regarding noise and quiet hours, especially in the evening.
  • Respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors.
  • Please follow all signs and instructions within the apartment.
  • Inappropriate behavior such as harassment or discrimination is not acceptable.
  • Please observe all rules and instructions regarding the use of shared facilities.
  • Make sure that the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.
  • Do not allow visitors into the apartment without prior approval.
  • Remember to switch off all lights and electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.
  • Be environmentally conscious and conserve water and electricity.
  • Please keep the apartment clean and tidy at all times.
  • The kitchen and appliances must always be left clean after use.
  • Do not dispose of food waste in the sink or toilet.
  • Ensure that all shared areas remain clean.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
  • Weapons or dangerous objects are not permitted.
  • Parties or events require prior approval.
  • Do not allow unauthorized persons to stay overnight.
  • The use of candles or open flames is not permitted.
  • Access to or use of areas that are restricted to guests is not allowed.
  • Please do not remove or damage any items or furnishings in the apartment.
  • Protect the apartment from extreme weather conditions (e.g. close windows during storms).
  • Please inform us immediately if you lose a key. Replacement costs are €200 per lost key, as the keys are specially made.
  • Report any damage or technical issues in the apartment immediately.
  • Please treat all furniture and furnishings with care and avoid excessive wear.
  • Park your vehicle either in the underground garage at parking space 327 or in the parking area in front of the apartment.
