- Our philosophy is that for our guests, only the best is good enough. Therefore, we offer you the best mix of comfort and modern technology. We rely on local craftsmanship - all the furniture was custom-made by a traditional Austrian company.
- Our fully made, inviting solid wood bed (180x200 cm) offers convenient entry and exit due to its height, inviting you to cuddle and enjoy a relaxing reading experience. A shoe rack, coat rack, and large wardrobes provide you with enough space to store all your clothes. The sleeping area can be separated by a louvered curtain to offer you and your companion both bedtime rest and TV enjoyment.
- Our state-of-the-art flat-screen TV (50 inch QLED 4K UHD TV Smart Android TV) with an extendable swivel arm offers a great cinema experience from both the sofa and the bed. We support all common streaming platforms like Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney+, and WiFi for connecting your devices. The light is infinitely dimmable in multiple color temperatures. Relax in our fluffy cozy blankets on the sofa or outside on the balcony.
- We know how important a fully equipped kitchen is and therefore offer you only the best of the best. You have an induction hob with two burners at your disposal. Burning your fingers is a thing of the past. For heating, baking, and frying, we offer you an oven with a microwave function. Don't feel like washing dishes – neither do we – so just use our dishwasher and save time and effort. For your breakfast desires, a large toaster, smoothie maker, kettle, and French press coffee maker are provided. A large refrigerator with its own freezer compartment fulfills all your wishes to store your food, snacks, and drinks.
- The dining area is equipped with an invitingly large solid wood table (90x130 cm) and comfortable chairs with leather covers. Here you have enough space to indulge in culinary delights, play exciting board games, or work quietly in the home office, including free strong Wi-Fi. Power outlets are conveniently planned nearby.
- Our washing machine with a combined dryer allows you to take less clothing or wash your clothes after a long journey. Of course, we also offer you an ironing board, iron, and drying rack to quickly have fresh and beautiful clothes again.
- Are you frozen from skiing, sweaty from hiking in the sun, or just tired from the day? Then relax in our inviting bathtub with a shower. A hairdryer with multiple attachments dries your hair gently and quickly. There are enough towels available for daily use. Of course, you can warm them on our towel warmer. A comfort not found in every accommodation. Of course, you may always use the air conditioning to cool or heat the apartment.
- For all your makeup and dressing needs, we offer a bathroom mirror, a magnifying mirror, and a full-length mirror in the hallway.
- We welcome families and children - we have children ourselves. Therefore, there are naturally two cribs, their own bedding, and a mobile baby bathtub. Everything for your little ones!

A beautiful tour starting in Bad Ischl, leading to Lake Schwarzensee and continuing on to the Buchberghütte (Eisenaualm). The descent takes you to the foot of the Schafberg, offering magnificent views of Lake Mondsee, and continues on to St. Gilgen. Following the shores of Lake Wolfgangsee, the route leads back via Strobl to Bad Ischl. - Postalmhütte:
The historic Postalmhütte invites mountain bikers and hikers to take a relaxing break on the Postalm, the second-largest high alpine plateau in Europe. Delicious homemade pastries, traditional Kaiserschmarrn, fresh alpine milk, and hearty Brettljausen delight visitors with authentic regional flavors. As one of Europe’s largest high alpine plateaus, the Postalm offers stunning hiking trails not only for nature lovers and hikers but also for families. The plateau lies at elevations between 1,000 and 2,000 meters. The most popular and enjoyable routes are the circular trails 1–4, with circular trail no. 3 passing directly by the historic Postalmhütte.

The Wolfgangsee boat service has existed since imperial times. In 1873, the paddle steamer Kaiser Franz Josef I. set sail on Lake Wolfgangsee for the first time and was celebrated as a technical marvel of its era. The 33-meter-long nostalgic vessel later became a star in numerous films and remains part of the fleet today. Today, the fleet consists of six modern motor vessels, led by the flagship Salzburg. The largest ship, Österreich, can accommodate up to 365 passengers. The traditional Wolfgangsee fleet connects the three lakeside towns in a romantic way, offering unforgettable views of the surrounding alpine scenery. - Bad Ischl:
Bad Ischl is a renowned Austrian spa town located on the Traun River in the district of Gmunden, in the southern part of Upper Austria and at the heart of the Salzkammergut region. The town has a population of 14,228 (as of January 1, 2023). Bad Ischl was awarded a Gold Medal in the Entente Florale Europe competition for quality of life, achieving the highest score ever awarded. In 2024, Bad Ischl, together with 22 municipalities in the Salzkammergut, will be European Capital of Culture, alongside Bodø in Norway and Tartu in Estonia. - Mozart’s Birthplace:
Salzburg is more than just the city of Mozart and the Salzburg Festival. At the city’s most important landmarks, visitors can experience history, fascination, and surprises. Highlights include the Hohensalzburg Fortress, the Mozart museums, Getreidegasse, and Hellbrunn Palace, all among Salzburg’s most popular attractions. - Schafbergbahn:
During the Advent season, the festively decorated Schafberg Railway once again transports guests to Schafbergalm at an altitude of 1,364 meters. The service operates from November 17 to December 23, 2023 (Wednesday to Sunday), as well as from December 25, 2023 to January 7, 2024 (daily). Countless small lights transform the train into a magical holiday attraction, sparkling in competition with the eyes of delighted visitors. Upon arrival at Schafbergalm, guests are rewarded with impressive views over the winter landscape of the Salzkammergut. A cozy Christmas-themed carriage invites guests to linger, offering warm beverages and delicious seasonal specialties.
